PROCESSING INFORMATION SHEET: NEWSLETTER

The company Rampini Carlo S.p.a. has always been especially careful in respect of personal details about its clients, suppliers, employees, and anyone who may be regarded as data subject; this also includes those who browse this website or have subscribed to our newsletter service.

On 25 May 2018 European Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter also “EU Regulation”), regarding the protection of individuals with reference to personal data processing has become applicable for all intents and purposes; therefore, in order to ensure compliance with the provisions in the said EU Regulation and to keep operating as transparently as possible, the company Rampini Carlo S.p.a. hereby invites you to review this information sheet about personal data processing.

Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 which regulates and safeguards persons subject to data processing, the company Rampini Carlo S.p.a. wishes to inform you that, while you browse this website, some of your personal data will be automatically processed: these include technical cookies, which are necessary for optimal browsing. Other personal data, including name, surname and contact details, may be processed by the company Rampini Carlo S.p.a. if you decide to subscribe to our newsletter service or fill in the form for contacts/info requests.

With regard to the lawfulness, transparency, fairness and correctness criteria, the company Rampini Carlo S.p.a. hereby informs you of the following:

DATA CONTROLLER

DATA PROCESSORS
The data controller may, on occasion, choose to avail itself of outsourced services (for example those provided by companies which offer assistance in the area of website management and/or maintenance, etc.); if necessary, the latter can also be appointed by the Controller as Data Processors. You may decide, at any time, to request an updated list of data Processors from the Controller.

CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED; PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
The data processed are technical cookies necessary to ensure seamless website browsing and identification details (name and surname or business name of an employee’s company), as well as contact details (e-mail account), or any data required for the following purposes:

  • Allow for correct functioning of the website.
  • Allow for browsing its pages.
  • Send, via electronic mail, information of a commercial and promotional nature in respect of services/products offered by the Company (newsletter).
  • Filling in the form for contacts / info requests.

Processing is lawful on the basis of the consent requested from the data subject.

STORAGE PERIOD OD THE DATA
Any data which the website acquires automatically in the course of browsing (i.e. technical cookies) will be automatically erased after you log out of the website. All data which you choose to send us through the form for contacts / info requests will be kept for no longer than the period of time necessary for the purposes mentioned above. If you have subscribed to the newsletter service, your personal data will be stored until you decide to cancel your subscription to the said newsletter. After you have cancelled that service, the data will be erased or made anonymous. Cancellation of the subscription service shall be regarded as revocation of consent to data processing.

NATURE OF DATA TRANSFER
All transfer of data for the aforesaid purposes is optional; nevertheless it should be pointed out that failure to accept this privacy policy might hinder your browsing of this website; on the other hand failure to transfer the data requested will make it impossible to access the newsletter service or ask for information about products or about the company itself.

DELIVERY, DIVULGING AND TRANSFER OF DATA
The data may be transferred to persons acting as controllers (by means of example, inspection and control authorities, as well as any other public entity authorised to ask for personal data), or processed by persons chosen as Processors, to whom appropriate operating instructions need to be given (these include, for example, companies which provide website management and/or maintenance services). RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Having regard to the criteria of lawfulness, transparency and fairness, the data controller hereby informs you that, at any time, you may exercise the following rights according to articles from 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679,:

  • ask for confirmation of the existence of your personal data;
  • request details about processing purposes, categories of personal data, recipients oe groups of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be transferred and, if applicable, the storage period;
  • ask the controller for access to your personal data and their rectification or erasure of the latter, limitation of their processing or objection to processing, as well as the right to data portability;
  • revoke consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of any processing based on consent given before such revocation;
  • lodge a complaint with a control authority.
  • apply for rectification and erasing of personal data;
  • apply for processing limitation;
  • apply for data portability, that is to say obtain them from a controller in a structured format, in common use and legible by an automated device, and forward them to another controller without impediments;
  • object to processing at any time, and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
  • object to automated any decision-making process with regard to individuals, including profiling;
