Browsing Data

The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server's response (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user's operating system and IT environment.

These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality.

Data voluntarily provided by the user

Data voluntarily entered in the various forms on the site, such as the contact form in the "Contacts" section, accessing the "Work with us" section, or the newsletter subscription form, where you may be asked to provide your name, surname, contact details – email address and telephone number – CV, as well as to write your specific request, which may possibly contain additional personal data.

PURPOSES AND RELATED LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The personal data of the user, adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary, will be processed by RAMPINI S.P.A. lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the same, for the following purposes:

  • Protection of company assets by RAMPINI S.P.A., including site management and maintenance; the legal basis is the need to pursue the legitimate interest (protection of company assets) of RAMPINI S.p.A., pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) of the EU Regulation.

  • Email response to specific support requests sent by the user through the appropriate form in the “Contacts” section. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) of EU Regulation 679/2016 (processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract), as the processing is necessary to provide customer support services.

  • Collection of applications in the “WORK WITH US” section. The personal, identification, and curricular data collected directly from the Candidate (hereinafter, also the “Data Subject”) through spontaneous application submission on the website www.rampini.it are processed and used to follow up on the request of the Data Subject and, more precisely, to verify the requirements for employment and/or collaboration. The Data Subject is not required to provide data classified as “special” under Art. 9 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (so-called GDPR) or health status. However, the exception remains where such data must be known due to the prospective employment relationship, particularly regarding the candidate’s inclusion in protected categories and any pre-employment medical examinations. The legal basis for the processing is the need to take pre-contractual measures, pre-contractual negotiations prior to the establishment of a potential employment relationship, and the consent expressed by the data subject under Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) of EU Regulation 2016/679 (so-called GDPR), the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in evaluating the application for a possible future employment relationship under Art. 6(1)(f), and legal obligations under Art. 6(1)(c) of the same Regulation.

  • Subscription to the newsletter by providing your email address. The legal basis is the consent given by the Data Subject for specific purposes, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of the EU Regulation.

  • Compliance with legal obligations set forth by current laws, regulations, or EU legislation, to fulfill requests from authorities, and to comply with fiscal and administrative duties. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(c) of the Regulation (processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject). Once personal data is provided, processing is indeed necessary to fulfill legal obligations imposed on the Controller.

  • To meet any defensive needs. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Controller pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) of EU Regulation 679/2016.

 

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

RAMPINI S.P.A. will retain personal data provided by users for newsletter subscription until consent is revoked. Data provided through registration and completion of forms in the “Contacts” section will be stored until the related activities linked to the user’s request are fully completed.

 

DATA RECIPIENTS

As for the processing of personal data carried out by RAMPINI S.P.A. for the purposes listed above, the recipients of the personal data may include:

  • Employees, collaborators, and/or partners of RAMPINI S.p.A., as authorized data processors, in order to handle your requests, as necessary for the provision of services requested from RAMPINI S.P.A.; these individuals are duly appointed and trained regarding appropriate measures to ensure personal data protection;

  • Subjects external to our organizational structure, as external data processors, in order to coordinate activities related to website management on behalf of RAMPINI S.P.A.; all such parties have been appointed by RAMPINI S.P.A. as External Data Processors under Art. 28 of EU Regulation 679/2016 and are thus bound to RAMPINI S.P.A. by a specific contract, which includes appropriate measures to guarantee the protection of entrusted personal data.

 

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

Data subjects have the right to obtain from RAMPINI S.P.A., in the cases provided, access to their personal data and the rectification or erasure of such data or the restriction of processing or to object to the processing (Articles 15 and following of the Regulation). The data subject may exercise their rights by making a specific request to RAMPINI S.p.A. at amministrazione@rampini.it

 

Right to lodge a complaint

Data subjects who believe that the processing of their personal data through this website occurs in violation of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, as provided by Art. 77 of the Regulation, or to seek judicial remedy (Art. 79 of the Regulation).

 

Nature of the provision of your personal data:

The provision of your personal data to RAMPINI S.P.A. is optional. However, failure to provide such data will make it impossible to subscribe to the newsletter or receive responses to contact and information requests.
