Mast antenna and antenna elevation systems
Rampini also manufactures instruments and transmission systems for civilian and military protection.
The telescopic masts for the elevation of radar antennas, optical radios and heads can be fitted with:
- shock-absorbing systems to preserve the equipment during the transport phases (except when they are in operation);
- tilting devices;
- rotary heads;
- self-levelling heads;
- cable management systems.
The self-assembling moving Tower is designed for the installation of a large-sized radar antenna at a height from the ground of up to 14 metres.
During the transport phases, the disassembled parts of the tower are stored and transported in five ISO 20 Ft containers (antenna and radome excluded). Once the site has been reached, it takes just a few working days to complete their installation.
